GENERAL NOTES

These general terms and conditions shall apply to all sales, supplies and others services to customers by COPAT srl

COPAT’s proposal shall not be binding and shall have a maximum validity of 60 days as from the date of proposal, unless otherwise expressly indicate in the proposal.

All information contained in the catalogues, price list end other documentation of COPAT shall be subject to gradual changes in terms of specifications, design, products and other alterations which may effect the delivery terms and prices. Every product update will be published on our website

PRICES

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prices reported on the site http://copatconnectors.com shall be deemed to be in the currency indicated, including packaging, exclusive of VAT and ex works at the corresponding warehouse of COPAT resulting from the delivery note. As a rule, prices shall be updated annually. All the prices and payment terms agreed shall remain valid for the periods indicated in the proposal by COPAT and customer.

ORDERS

The order will be considered as a contractual proposal as the products on the site http://copatconnectors.com have only an information function. unless otherwise stated for orders transmitted on line acceptance of COPAT will be done as direct execution of orders without formal acceptance by the customer

DELIVERIES

Delivery expenses will be on customer charge, unless otherwise specified in accordance with Copat

NON CONFORMITY PRODUCTS, DELAYED ,FAILURE TO DELIVER

COPAT ask the customer to verify no conformity products within 8 days from material reception; otherwise the delivery will be considered to be in accordance with the order

RISKS DURING TRANSPORT

The good is at risk of the customer even if it’s delivered to the carrier that has been delivered directly or to personnel appointed by the customer

NON CONFORMITY

As indicate in the paragraph n.5 and following ISO 9001/2015- NON CONFORMITY roules. Non compliant products shall be delivered to Copat with a notice indicating non conformity. Copat will analys the problem and report the outcome to the customer.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Copat reserves the right to modify or to put in obsolescence any product at your list. It’s recomanded to check in catalogue the last up date

RESPONSABILTY

COPAT shall ensure the quality of products in accordance with ISO 9001/2015 standards, excluding other guarantees and conditions if not expressed prior to purchase and agreed.

LIMIT OF USE

The products sold in COPAT are manufactured only for automotive applications, different applications are out of the Copat responsibility.

PAYMENTS TERMS

All purchases ON LINE shall be treated as :Cash with bank transfer or PAYPAL previous different agreement with Copat management.

CURRENCY

All payment must be in EURO previous different agreement with Copat management.

ORIGIN OF PRODUCTS

The declaration of origin’s products will be provided only under specific request fo the customer.

RETURN POLICY

In accordances with ISO 9001-2015 standards the return of the goods will be accepted from COPAT only following product analysis. If the release will be accepted, the products must be delivered to Copat in the same condition that are sent from Copat. Viceversa can not accepted.

CANCEL ORDER

COPAT shall reserve the right not to accept or cancel order within 48 h.from the reception date.If the payment has already been made,COPAT will reimbursed immediately the customer.

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE

During the process order if COPAT is hindered for causes of force majeure, strike or delay in deliveries from manufacturers, natural causes.The customer is entitled to cancel the order by not receiving notice of delay from COPAT. In none of these cases COPAT my be held liable.

PATENTS-COPYRIGHT-INDUSTRIAL -PROPERTIES

All products introduce in the catalogue or site, be covered by a patents, copyright or other industrial properties. Reproduction is therefore prohibited without written consent by the managing COPAT.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

All COPAT general conditions are in conformity with italian low rules .In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the court of TURIN (ITALY)
